EACOP’s pipeline system is equipped with Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) to prevent overpressure, potential hazards and ensure system integrity, as well as Flowmeters to monitor flowrates and volumes
or quantities of medium passing through within the pipeline and associated facilities.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks to identify qualified candidates capable of providing calibration and certification services for PSVs and flowmeters installed on the Tanzanian side of the EACOP project.

customs clearance facilitation during the operational phase of the pipeline. Services will support EACOP-owned
facilities across multiple sites in Tanzania, including PS1, PS4, PS5, and the Main Storage Terminal (MST) in
