TOTAL E&P UGANDA LIMITED an Oil and Gas exploration and production company (in its capacity as the Operator of Contract Area 1 and Licence Area 2 North referred to as ‘’Company’’), invites experienced and reputable contractors to express their interest in providing transitional support services (Dry rations) as part of the Tilenga Resettlement Action Plans 2-5 (RAPs 2-5) covering the Villages in Buliisa, Kikuube and Hoima Districts in the Albertine Graben Region of the Republic of Uganda.
The transitional support services (Dry rations) will include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Provision of beans, maize flour, cassava flour and cooking oil
2.Administration of the distribution of the dry rations to PAPs within the Tilenga project area.
- 3.Monitoring and evaluation of the activity
Interested companies who meet the minimum requirements and have the capability to provide the services listed above should request for a pre-qualification questionnaire by sending an email ( no attachments are required in this email) to EP.PREQUALIFICATION-UGEP@total.com on or before
17h00 Kampala time on 17th March, 2021. Upon receipt of the email from the vendor, a prequalification questionnaire will be sent through the Total official e- sourcing platform SAP-ARIBA.
Submission of the prequalification questionnaires through the Total e-sourcing platform SAP-ARIBA should be done on or before 17h00 Kampala time on 24th March, 2021.
