The Petroleum Authority of Uganda has published a list of indigenous Ugandan companies that supplied goods and services for the oil and gas sector from 2017-2019.
The list does not replace the National Supplier Database but shows the different categories of services offered during the period and will cumulatively be updated annually.
The following are the categories of suppliers:
- Agriculture, forestry and fishing.
Mining and quarrying.
Manufacturing.
Electricity, gas steam and air conditioning.
Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities.
Construction.
Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles.
Transportation and storage.
Accomodation and food service activities.
Information and communication.
Financial and insurance activities.
Real Estate activities.
Professional, scientific and technical activities.
Adminstration and support services.
Education.
Human health and social work activities.
Arts, entertainment and recreation.
